Finally Finished ;)

Well I have finally finished the commission I had off a relative who wanted me to match a rose with her shoes and then make a full set for a wedding she is attending soon.

After a few colour mixes and lots of fab advice off Emma Ralph http://www.ejrbeads.co.uk/ I have now finished. I am very pleased with the result, and so thankfully is my relative lol,

I know have the polymer clay bug and am itching to experiment loads more! Will have to wait for payday tho ;)

Well I finally decided on what to make with my first polymer clay flowers and I came up with these, hope you all like them ;)

First Attempt

Hiya all,

I have been looking for some polymer clay roses to use in my jewellery designs, I have found cream and pink coloured ones but have failed to find any black ones, so I thought I would have a go at making my own!

I bought some black Fimo before christmas but have put off having a go but today decided to bite the bullett and have a go.

Happy New Year to you all ;)

I don't normally make new year resolutions but this year I have decided to make some,

the first is to make lots of lovely jewellery, including my plus size jewellery,

the second is to update my website www.begemmed.co.uk regularly, to start to promote it seriously,

thirdly to blog at least once a week,

and finally pluck up the courage to do some jewellery parties and maybe a craft fair ;)

I will keep you all informed as to how I'm doing sticking to them

Felt Flowers

Hiya all,
Got my daughter christmas school fete next week and have started to make up some hair clips,

will hopefully get loads more done if i can get more coloured felt;)

this week has been fab ;))
i have only been making jewellery since march and only really selling since july,and this week has been my best for sales so far.
some have come from my display in my hairdressers and some from work colleagues
my next goal is to sell off my website now! :))

i've been busy creating this last couple of days but i have now run out of jump rings so i'm now on stop till i go and get some more, dont want to order off line now with the postal strike gggrrrrrrrrr ;))

Los Muertos Range

This is the first piece that I have made for my "Los Muertos" collection.
I am very excited about this, it's the first collection attempt and i hope people will like it as much as me and the hubby ;))

well i think i'm on the mend at last ;))
been making a few little pieces the last couple of days so i must be getting better,
hubby has had a little play about with my picture sizes on my website and they are now loading much quicker so i am now a very happy bunny,
just have to find out how to loaqd piccies on here now ;))
